Go to atlas park, click on ur map and look for the AE icon in ur map. go to AE and type in broadcast lvl 33 scrapper LF AE mission team.
Make sure the team search icon you want is up.
Go to Bricks or Founders.
Talk to the detective contact there.
Open up your contact window and you will see a police radio at the top.
Click on that and pick a mission.
Open up your mission window and make sure that mission is selected before you start the next step.
Open up the search window.
Sort by level 25-35
Check for people that are; looking for any, looking for mission teams, or are showing the "Not looking for" (not the red circle). The ones that are light blue are not on teams.
Start sending them tells asking them if they would like to join you for police missions in which ever zone you are in that are whatever level you are and at what difficulty the mission is.
The people that will respond to you will usually be pretty cool, and you have made your own team, so you can kick those that aren't.
Works pretty good on any server, but better on higher population ones.
At level 33 I would suggest being on rugged at least, depending on the team you probably can handle inv missions.
I decided to come mess around in CoH for a while after 2 years of not playing and I'm fairly lost.
