I'm willing to share. It's just those damn Nerva Pirates stole all the rum and are hording it aboard a smuggler cargo ship in Mission Architect. You can recover all the rum and defeat Gaspar the Pirate King in Arc miss 3691- Rum Runners of Bloody Bay.
