On live my Earth/Storm/Stone has it 5-slotted. She tends to live in melee using stuns (Stalagmites, move in for Fissure and Thunderclap to disorient everything) followed by Cages (usually the second application), LS, Seismic Smash etc. Plans on getting it 5-slotted with Positron's Blast skipping the dam/rng enhancement in the long run. Still playing around in Mids with Purple slotting but atm don't see this changing the number of slots used in Fissure.
Edit: In case the presence of Posi Blast in there over other sets doesn't make it obvious she considers it a damage dealing power with a side effect of maybe adding more stuns to Stalagmites+Thunderclap mixture.
Given its only a percentage chance to stun, unless you are looking for a particular set bonus, I'd consider it a damage power and slot accordingly....
Common wise: I'd go minimum 2acc 3 dam leaning towards 2 acc 2 dam 1 rech (5 slotted) or 2 acc 3 dam 1 rech or 2/2/2 acc/dam/rech.
Frankenslotting can pull some nice returns as there are a lot of troller friendly sets (regular or purple) that would fit.
Secondary is also important in this decision.

Fissure gets 2 x Positrons Blast + 2 x Stupify + 2 x Ropadope, looking to max Accuracy, Stuna nd recharge with decent damage and maybe a little end reduction.
I went with 5x Stupefy for the recharge bonus (everything but the KB proc) and a Force Feedback: Chance for +Rech.
I farm a lot, so it's easy for me to hit damage cap with two fulcrum shifts alone.
Need advice on slotting Fissure - how do people slot? I am an earth/kin.
