I know this is off topic, but I haven't had any luck with high end Regen builds that don't rely on DA or Parry. SR and Shields and Invul yes. DA look good. But Regen? I can't keep up with the big AV hits.
What is your defensive build strategy? Did you stack defense? Go with lots of recharge? Something else?

Fire/SR will work great for you I think. If you really want to tear up the most AVs you'll want Aid Self in the build I think.
If you want the absolute most AVs down possible go DM/SD or /SR but, of course, you're AoE will be less.

I want to create a new toon, but I'm not sure what. I want a build that can easily take nearly any AV without any trouble, a bit of AoE, and good DPS.
