Hello all,

I have been leveling my Mind/Elec and I love its probably the funnest character I have played to date. That being said I was messing around with mids and came up with this build idea, please tell me what you think. On mids it said I had something around 101% recharge before hasten. Any comments and critiques are welcomed.
