I'm getting 69% but yeah squishies can get high numbers in def and resistance.

You probably have the pvp numbers up. Mids doesn't account for DR, and shows your pvp numbers before DR.
I don't have access to Mid's here, but isn't the point of a high-end Illusion/Rad build to go for max -recharge? If you have PA out all the time, you shouldn't get hit much, right?
ive never build a Ill/Rad before ...so I was messing around. IDK...ah any suggestions its for a buddy I think he is gonan do pvp iwth it? Not sure
That makes more sense. I don't PvP, so I wouldn't have the first idea how those are built 
ok so I made this build with mids. it shows 75% resistance to everything...while that would be SUPER with a controller...for some strange reason i really dont think its possible ...can someone tell me why im seeing those numbers?
