I have a lvl 50 earth/storm/earth troller who i would like to turn into a proc'ing machine for fun. Does anyone have a build that has tons of procs in a lot of the powers but is still effective at controlling? Im not at home right now so i cant post my build, but im pretty sure i have the standard powers from those 3 sets.
