If you want to Debuff/buff and Blast, then either a Defender or a Corruptor is for you. It's pretty much exactly the combination that you want.
Also, just FYI: we call them Archetypes here (AT for short).

Lookingt for somthing i can play at the back of a fight and buff - debuff but still do some damage tried dominator dont like it. Was thinking Mastermind bot/forcefield. any ideas guys and this is for PVE. thnk u
