Cyborg pack and Magic Pack

Anyone else having trouble with theirs? Mine just greyed out all the special power icons, and I can no longer activate the emotes. My costume change screen no longer displays an emote option either. It's as if I never bought the things, except I can see the greyed out icons.

I've heard about this elsewhere... IIRC, only Customer Service can resolve it. Similar to the random bug where trial restrictions are placed on full accounts.

Yeah I sent a petition and I have been pushed up to customer service, but I am to keep in mind that there could be a delay because they are dealing with a greater than average ticket volume.
