CiceroUIWndFrame error on CohUpdater.exe
HG is right about 2003 and earlier versions of Office having different removal instructions.
Best I can remember, in Office 2003 and earlier:
Go to Add/Remove Progams in the Control Panel, Add/Remove Features-Office Shared Features->Alternative User Input and Make unavailable Speech and Handwriting.

Nope, this is just my gaming rig, ive long since deleted everything that did not contribute to my gaming experience.

And you went ahead and checked if those components were there anyway? Lots of computers come with trial versions of Office that I bet include Speech & Handwriting Recognition. Also, if you computer ever had Office 2003 instead of 2007, the instructions for removing those components are different from what was given earlier in the thread.
It's just that the CiceroUIWndFrame *is* a Microsoft Office component. You wouldn't have it on your computer (and thus, the error message) if you didn't at some point have *some* version of Office installed (even a trial version that has since expired). Even if you un-installed the Office software, I have a feeling it wouldn't get rid of that component.
