ill/kin def help
I was going to suggest Basilisk's Gaze in Blind.. With four slots you get a 7.5% recharge but then you'd have to get rid of Lockdown's defense bonus... Honestly I think you need to just pick what's most important to you and focus on that. I chose recharge for my build. It's an espensive one and not finished yet but when PA is up I really don't miss the defense.
I wanted to add that Siphon Speed is so key to getting PA perma that I don't even have a set slotted into it. I focused solely on recharge and accuracy. With one application PA is 2.9 seconds from perma and so I'm pretty sure it'll be perma with two. Again though, you'd have to give up that defence bonus.
Okay so I need to up my melee def some, w/o decreasing my recharge, b/c i'm going to need it for the Perma PA, and w/o lowering the range def too much because i need that to be decent as well.. any help? this is where it is now...
also i need both of those res powers too, gotta keep them.
