wow nice job on that one.. only thing i want to do is make sure i put the 25% regen increase in from regenative tissue somewhere and i'll be happy
I guess you could do that. But the regen bonus isn't too great, and with most regen characters, its not good to slot for regen bonuses. Instead, you should be slotting for more HP to increase the regen you already have, which will help much much more.

Well, actually, I was looking over your build again, and I think you could use a little +Recharge. Although it wont affect your WP by much at all, the reason why many people choose SS/WP or WP/SS is because it has synergy. When foes are on the ground, you'll have more time to regenerate while their not hitting you (footstomp) So the shorter the recharge is for footstomp, basically the more survivability you have. I think more recharge in footstomp and globally will actually benfit you more then even +Hp. I'll maybe try to make another build when I have more time
If it could be done on a scrapper, I don't see why a tank can't...

Anyone think thy can do it? i got kinda close here but.. no cigar...
tryna get the energy and smash/lethal softcapped with the fire/cold... then i'll be straight.. i just don't see how to do it though.
