newbie nds suggestions

my 2 sons and I have decided to try the trial out to see if we want to play this. We decided to be villians. What would be a good 3 person setup to start with....

I have two brothers that play. We have a lot of silly and ridiculous trios. In City of Heroes everything works. I suggest each of you decide on something interesting and crazy and different from each other and learn. You can always make more Heroes and Villains. Try out lots of things. Figure out what's fun

Friggin' anything. Any trio should be able to do most content in the game, and you only even need two of them to be close in levels, they can sidekick/exemplar the third (and in the Mission Architect, you don't even have that to worry about). Above level 35 you can even cross over heroes and villains, though on a trial you don't get that far (or the MA, for that matter...).

If you're on a trial, I say try as many different things as you want to, you'll reach the trial cap of 14 in no time. If you're playing in the same room, you'll work better as a team in any circumstances thanks to better coordination.

...only issue is, you'll have to get a fourth person to team you up, since trial accounts can't start teams. I recommend at least one of you get the full version (hardly expensive nowadays, think of it as an 'extended trial'). If you don't want to outstrip the others, there's actually an option to stop gaining XP.
