Dual Blades Combos

Does anyone know the exact information on the dual blades combos? Like exactly what the tohit and damage buffs are for empower and how long the combo lasts? I can't figure it out from the game because fury is always going up and down and it is combined with the effects of blinding feint. So I was just wondering. I also would not mind getting the info on all the combos, actually.

Empower:
•DMG(All Types) +30% for 10s
•ToHit +3.3% for 10s

Weaken:
•Defense -7.5 for 20s
•ToHit -7.5% for 20s

Attack Vitals:
•5 * 8.34 Lethal damage over 4.10 seconds

Sweep:
•23.77 Lethal damage
•+0.67 Knockback

Edit: Sorry, it should be DMG(All Types) +10% for 10s for empower as noted by Nihilii.

Empower gives a 10% damage buff for Brutes, the 30% damage is from Blinding Feint.

So Empower gives a total of 40% with blinding feint? 10% from the combo and 30% from blinding feint?

You got it right.

Don't forget that most of the combo take around 5 to chain/active .Making stacking weakened+vital, empower+empower,or empower+vital less effective that it could be.
