If you can't react quickly due to lag I'd say that rules Regen right out. Between the remaining two options I'd say if you are running SOs pick Energy Aura, if you can pick up a -KB IO or two pick Nin.
My Elec/Nin is now lvl 38. It's a great combo and a relatively loose build. BU + Lightning Rod + Thunderstrike + Chain Induction + Caltrops is just so much fun! I tried other primaries but I really like having the AOEs since I don't PvP.
I am making a new Stalker for a static team and I was trying to decide what secondary to pick between /Energy Aura, /Regen, and /Ninjitsu.
I have never rolled a stalker before. My computer tends to lag so I have had trouble in the past with regen...
