You need more accuracy in Dark Regeneration. You could go for a tad more defense, but otherwise the build looks fairly solid to me.
EDIT: You seem to be going for typed defense? I've found positional defense easier to stack for Dark Armor.

find a place to bring in the kismet unqiue (maneuvers?) and it should be okay for Acc
But far more seriously, No Shockwave?
The build is slot hungry enough as is... I was going more for a Def buff, than soft-cap, and getting both the enhancement desired and the set bonus's is easier with 3-4 slotting typed Def.
Also, intending on perma-FU to assist DR's acc... Not valid?
How would you all tweak it?

On my Claws/DA I have 56% acc, 91.22% endurance reduction, 76.4% recharge, and 76.48% Heal.
