Necro / Storm advice

Trying my hand at an MM, and im looking for some advice on my Necro / Storm.

Been toying with it in RV with SO's and have absolutely horrid end problems so i came up with this cheaper IO build.

Help me out, tear it apart, do what you guys do.

I'm an experienced PvPer but MM's are just a whole different thing for me.

My mids is borked I'm not sure how DR affects Recov but we used to build for +HP +Recov and +Dmg cause gloom is beast...at least on that build it was.

anyhting else guys, power choices,slotting, any tips?

i know tp foe is kinda meh now because the can just bounce away b4 i can do much. i was thinking of leadership but end is an issue as it is, but no perception kinda sucks...

drop O2 for gloom maybe? i dont know [censored] about MM's lol.

O2 is nice for team PvP, but then there's heal decay. Gloom used to be better. It doesn't do as much as it used to. Life Drain actually has higher base-damage than Gloom in PvP. You can drop Snowstorm for Gloom if you want both. It's a pain retoggling offensive toggles. And slows got nerfed. You'd have to move slots around, though.

Necro/Storm would have been so much better before the i13 changes. You can't lock anything down, so anyone you fight can effectively just run away. TP foe may help if you're trying to finish them off. At least you can always drop them in FR and Hurricane. Just team with someone who can give you +perception.

Have fun retoggling Hurricane, fighting NPCs, and having your target run away from your small DoTs.
