Buff icons gone, can't find how to turn them back

Due to a stoopid click through, my power and buff icons no longer display on a particular alt. I can't see any of the icons for group buffs, fortunes, or even my own leadership powers. I have been all through the options menu, but they are written in such convoluted terms (and filled with double negatives), that I can't figure out which one resets it.

Can anyone help with directions for this?

Hide Auto Powers Disabled
Stop Sending All Buffs Disabled
