DB/WP Stamina/QR Tough/Weave??
My recommendation would be yes. While Dual Blades is not particularly expensive, you do tend to chain attacks rather quickly (it's a big part of DB's fun). Adding Tough and Weave will be noticeable drain on your endurance recovery. Granted, if you are running short on powers, investment in a Miracle and Numina's Unique could replace the need for Stamina.
If the scrapper is the more actively played member of the duo, which only makes sense, you will probably want Stamina if you're going to be running all those toggles AND fighting. At least until you get to the point of getting IO set bonuses for recovery.
I suggest you pick up Weave as well. Your Fire/Cold/Energy/Negative is defense rather than resistance, which Weave will stack on top of. The Steadfast Res/Def is a good investment too.
Sounds like a combo with pretty good synergy there. Good luck with it.

I guess the question I should have asked as well is with the Shields that I get from Sonic do I even need Tough/Weave?

Well, you could probably do with out Tough, but you'll still want Weave. Since getting to Weave requires to other picks from the Fighting Pool, Tough is the only viable option. Both Boxing or Kick are wasted picks, unfotunately you have to take one of them.
Sonic Sheilds will grant you resistances to FCNE which Will Power doesn't have much of on it's own. Weave will stack on to the defense to FCNE Hightened Senses does grant you. Combining Sonic's resistance shields and HS + Weave defense will make you a very difficult to kill scrapper.
So then we're looking at a build kinda like this?
Hover/Fly is the only travel I will use.

Also,
Can someone suggest some "cheap" sets I can slot in there? I don't have the inf to get the most wanted ones (say tier 1) but I can get the next set (ie Tier 2)
Crushing Impact, Scirocco's Dervish, Doctored Wounds, Titanium Coating, Red Fortune. All solid sets, and usually affordable.
You can usually get a Steadfast Res/Def with AE tickets if you're patient and make lots of Bronze random rolls. I roll in 25-29 for them.

Hey all,
Ok, I'm looking for some build help, before I go on I have to point this out, I'm playing in a duo (I dual box) so my constant partner for my DB/WP scrapper is a Sonic/Sonic Defender
So, keeping that in mind. I am trying to decide if I need tough/weave, again keeping in mind that I will have all the shields from my Sonic/Sonic on all the time?
And if I do use Tough/Weave (or maybe just tough) do I need Stamina with QR going?
What do you think?
