I'd personally go hasten SS rather than CJ SJ. I think you are actually overslotting for KB. I get KBed once in a blue moon and i don't have any of those special anti-KB IO's or set bonuses. of course if it's a thematic choice then by all means.

other than that looks pretty solid.

Looks like a pretty good build, but without knowing what you intend to do with it (solo, PVE, PVP) it's hard to comment on any changes that might help you.

For example, I team a lot so would probably have skipped laser eye beams and torrent and gone with Flashing Steel and Hasten instead.

I would drop the Epic pool altogether for this build, unless it is part of your concept.

I'd slot the Gaussian's set into Build Up. The proc will fire off less often, but at least you'll be USING it instead of it firing off while standing at WW. Besides, since you have it 6 slotted, you don't have it for the proc anyway do you?

I'd throw a Steadfast Res/End into Tough as well as a Res/End from another set.

Also, Fox...he's not slotting those Zephyrs for KB protection, he's slotting them for the 3-slot AoE defense bonus. Can't say I'd do it any different there.

Other than the minor stuff I mentioned it looks pretty damn solid to me.
