Woes of Martial Arts/Regneration, some help?

So my current project is a Stalker. I like the playstyle, but mostly just seeing the orange letters spelling "Assassin's Strike" =P
But I've found that, with MA as a primary, I only have TWO attacks and I'm approaching level 18. Furthermore, a suck a tremendous amount of endurance. I found that by adding Air Superiority and Sands of Mu only makes my blue bar angrier =[
Here is my build so far, what's gone wrong?

I'd place more lots in Hide for some more defense. I usually 4 slot Reconstruction until later levels.
Skip Fast Healing for now and work on picking up the Fitness Pool. You'll need Stamina to fix your endurance woes. Swift will buff both run speed and Fly Speed, and Health will give a 40% buff to Regen (not the 75% of Fast Healing, but you can take that later on)
I usually go for Combat Jumping for a modicum of defense(being able to hop around mitigates melee attacks) and Super Jump for travel.
Focus Chi...I often take that after 20 once my attack chain is established, and I have Stamina. (Yeah, hard not to have it immediately for Assassin Strikes).

Also: put some slots into your attacks! Regen will only keep you alive so long. You've got to be able to take down your foes.

The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.

It's a pretty common mistake to focus on survivability in lieu of attacks. The fact is that as a stalker you often get to pick when you get in a fight; and if you're hitting them hard and fast you won't need your secondary half as much as you think.

Here is what I would do.
