+Recharge if you want Mind Link perma, +Ranged Defense if you don't care about Mind Link, +Recovery and +Regen due to the VEAT inherent, and +HP. Defense based characters always benefit from having +Regen and +HP. You will get hit, even when softcapped. You just have to make sure that when you do get hit, you have the hit points to survive and the +Regen to make up the lost health before you get hit again.
Also, I just looked at your build. Combat Training: Offensive over Tactical Training: Leadership? CT:O is complete garbage compared to TT:L. I moved around your power order a bit, added one purple set (you have LoTG +Recharges in your build, so I'm assuming you can easily afford the purple confuse set) picked up a little more +Recharge to get Mind Link perma, and got a bit more +HP, +Regen, and +Damage. I'd say roll with what you want and add in things that you'll enjoy more.

Im liking the build you put together. So far I adjusted it in one place to lose 5% rech but gain 10 regen. As for the purple set, Itll be sorta hard to get, but it shouldnt be too hard. I had those lotg's set aside for this toon. so I of course used them in the build planner.
Hardest thing to get in that build is the oblit's. Much harder to get that some lotg's (it seems.)
One thing I didnt get about your build though, it doesnt have soft capped ranged defense...
I thought I missed something. Replace the 4 Devastations in Gloom with the rest of the Thunderstrike set and you'll be softcapped to Ranged.
K so Im building a pure pve fortunata. However, I dont know what bonus's I should be going for. Heres my build. Some direction would be nice.
