City of Heroes Internet Browser

Ok So I have been looking through the forums trying to find where to post this. I'm in the process of making custom made Internet Browser with a city of heroes feel to it. This is what I have so far. I'm having trouble trying to get the form to use the skin. If anyone has any experience with Visual Studio that might help, I'd appreciate it. Here is what It looks like so far. And ignore the design of the buttons thats just temporary to show what will be located where once it is done.

I wonder if you could use something from the COH fansite kit, I dunno if any of that would fit into vis studio but you might be able to pull designs or what not from it at least.
