I am returning after a ~4 year break.
I am rolling a themed Ice/SS Tanker. I have heard that pvp defense was recently nerfed, which would affect Ice. I see that there are now arenas, and the 1v1 I am particularly interested in.
So, in a nutshell, can an Ice tanker hold their own in 1v1 situations?
