Three Enzyme Hami-O's maxes out all three aspects of the power in only three slots. Enzymes enhance ToHit Debuff/Defense Debuff/EndRdx. Those other three slots can go somewhere else. You lose out on bonuses, but you can put the other slots into powers where you can get better bonuses.
I find that in upper levels, I don't use RI nearly as much as I did in lower levels mainly because of the cast time. I use it a lot on AVs and tough bosses who will last long enough to make it worth while.
And on an Ill/Rad? Make SURE you get the Contagious Confusion Proc from the purple confuse set for Deceive. It turns a single target confusion power into an occasional Mass Confusion -- 1/3 of the time, you hit one or more additional targets. It is one of my favorite procs.

The targets that are my main interest at this point are AV's and GM's (though the monsters in the Hive and on 'monster isle' in PI are giving me headaches).
Was simply wondering if the proc's would be worth it. Hami-O's it shall be!

I'd planned to use three HO Enzymes, but once I'd purchased two, I got an Achilles' Heel drop so thought I'd try it in the third slot.
It seems to proc pretty often, and when stacked with Enervating Field, it is a nice chunk of resist debuffed, and I don't use Radiation Infection nearly as often as I do EF.
My end cost is increased a bit without the third slotted HO, but so far it has been a fair trade off since I was tight on slots to get recharge and recovery bonuses into my template.

If I were going to drop an Achilles proc in RI, I'd put it in as a 4th slot. I'd never not max out the other properties of RI by 3-slotting Enzymes in there first. Of course, I'm super tight on slots and can't afford that 4th...
