Go to Menu, Options
Find "Log chat" under the "Chat" Header and set it to Enabled
Chats will be saved in the folder logs\game under your City of Heroes folder.

Saved as text files. This is how Herostats works, IIRC.
However, as I recall, it only logs chat received AFTER the option is enabled.
You can also highlight text and use ctrl-c to copy it, then paste it in a text document.

Also, /copychat <tabname> will save the chat in that tab to the clipboard as text which you can then paste into notepad etc.

Outside of taking a screen-shot, is there a way to save a record of my Chat before logging off?
How? of course...and Where will it be saved?...and (not as important) in what format will it appear?
