OK, so i have my Elec/NRG blaster to 50... and a good freind sent me a build he thought would be the best for me.

Hmmm... you're using a lot of ancillary powers here to increase your defense. Normally, I would say to go for it, but you're really making it overkill when you add Cold Mastery to the mix.

Bottom line is this: If you keep your Leadership powers AND Frozen Armor active, you'll be really sucking down your endurance without some serious EndMod enhancements... which you have only set up in your lowest level Elec powers. EndMod is an Elec/ blaster's bread and butter; without it, you'll be popping blue inspirations like a druggie trying to get his next fix.

Consider dropping Leadership powers altogether and adding more Elec powers (Short Circuit, Tesla Cage, etc.) and slotting some more EndMod enhancements.

If your build is more focused on group support, then I would definitely slot some EndReduction in those Leadership powers. Skip the Recharge enhancements on Leadership powers unless you have nothing else to put there.
