Can't close an in game window please help!

I just started playing this game but have a big problem now. In the tutorial level i need to click on this information thing to read about enhancements. When I click on it a big window pops up with all the info. There is no way for me to close this window!!! It takes up 70% of my screen and I cant even quit the game properly cos the quit option appears behind this massive window.

please help I had to ctrl+alt+del to close the game.

Menu > Options > Graphics and Audio > User Interface > Window Scale

You can decrease the size of all of your windows so that you can close the big honkin' one. Playing at a higher screen resolution would also solve this problem, if you are able to that is.
