Cannot Connect!

Just last night, whenever I opened up the updater, it began to say connecting #1...then #2...and all the way up to #12...

This sort of thing has only ever happened before when I don't have an internet connection, and I am connected right now. Currently I cannot connect to the game. I have no idea what triggered this. Any help here?

Well it appears I did connect...after attempt #15...Any reason why it is taking so long now?

Okay, this is just getting silly. Tried restoring my system, tried switching the port. NOTHING. I REALLY do not want to wait 20 minutes just to be able to log on.
