Cant select Kheldians

Log in a level 50 hero. Sometimes the game "forgets" the flag.

Ever since a server crash i have had a few strange things happen.
For one, i can now not select the Kheldians AT, i already have a Warshade and a Peacebringer and am able to play as them, but i cant create a new Kheld.
The other strange thing was as soon as i logged on after the server crash i was awarded the Pocket D badges + Powers, these are from the Good Vs Evil pack i believe....i do not have this so should not have these powers right?
Anyone else experience anything like this?
