Can't see npc's talking in cut scenes

OK after much procrastinating, decided to get the fix for this.

I cannot see anything said during cut scenes. I could see them before i13, but then they stoppd showing up....except for one toon. I have one toon that can see them.

I have tried to save that toon's settings and load it onto other toons, didn't work.

And yes i have enabled cut scene dialog in the different chant tabs, nothing works.

any ideas?

Well besides the "Cutscene Captions", there is also an "NPC dialog" that might affect it.. Make sure bth of them are in one of you chat tabs.

Also, there is an option to enable/disable "Chat Balloons" right in the Chat options.

Other than that, I have no idea why you can't see them unless you have "disable2d" enabled... but if that were the case, you'd have no user interface at all either. lol
