If you use the dual builds and have any of them a crab, all your forms are
going ot have the back pack, its a known issue that if it has a fix I've not
heard of it or even a hint of a time frame for such. It is "working as Intended"
if not mistaken though I do think a fix might some day show it self. Right now
if you want to have it back (the cape and the lack of crab legs you'll need to
remake the crab build to a bane or wolf-bane (aka huntsman)
You can stop sending bug reports though they do know about it.
This is a bug, happened to me yesterday. To fix it, simply change one of the colors on the cape. Of course, it won't effect the cape, but it will make editing your costume COST something. Editing SOA costumes don't cost anything unless you change the color. By doing this, it should appear.

I got my Soldier to 24 and decided to do one build as a Bane and the other as a Crab. Well, I quickly decided I did not like the Crab so I respeced it to another Bane build.
Since that time I have lost access to any back options on my original costume slot. I can go to the costume window and try to select any back choice, but it just ends up being a blank back.
I have bugged this twice with nothing but the typical bug reply. Anyone else experienced this, or know if it is a known bug outside of my character?
