I lost the post i made originally for this so i have to start all over again ugh.. Really could use some critiques of my pvp fender and he is mostly for solo pvp but im wondering if i should respec out of o2 boost when i get medicine pool?

he is currently 22 and i have plenty the money for io sets and would really like some recommendations on which sets will work the best for a storm/psi pvper.

Any tips or suggested greatly appreciated as i would like to get mez/hold protection strictly from io and wondering is that possible?

My main has plenty of money so that isnt a problem i just dont want to take cj or acro if i dont have to so notice i tried to take sets that give lets of status protection.

Building for status protection isn't very viable as far as builds go. I'd suggest taking advantage of hurricane's debuff and defense buffing in order to help you dodge status effects, use an aegis global to reduce the duration with minimal slot investment, and take advantage of hp bonuses to help ride out mezzes.

i was trying to make a build around a 6 slotted snowstorm but i noticed in your build you only invested 1 slot!! wow..

You dont think its worth the heavy investment for pvp?

No, slows don't make any significant difference unless you have a whole lot of them like cold dominator characters do. Also, snow storm will be shut off the moment you get hit with a mez, which is a real problem. It's not worth the time applying it.

The more i check your build the more i like it. All the extra chances for damage....the way swift and the run bonuses of things like performance shifter offset steamy mist -spd...

the multiple stacking of sets to get the hp + regens...

The damage is better than mine and the defense debuffs make this appear to be a much better overall build.

im crunching the numbers in my hero planner, but i already like what you've done so far, it looks very strong.

hey garent could u make me a pve plant/storm build with hover/fly? id like to try n stack up rain+immob damage and adding assault could i get decent aoe damage that way?

With some io sets of course and maybe another kb io

For area damage on a storm/psi you'll want to rely on procs in the area attacks instead of enhancing your damage since the base damage of roots and freezing rain is pretty low. I don't have experience with plant control, so this build isn't the best, but it should give the basic idea.
