Blocked email favorite messges

When I get an email (using outlook from a pop3) that a favorite post has been added to I get an email notice. In th notice the link has been blocked. The URL goes to blocked::/showthreaded.php?Cat=0&Number=13459352

Its not my AV as it would put a notice on the email that it was modified. Anyone have any idea whats happening?

There is actually a way to get a 'permanent' jet pack (fly). That wasn't what I was really asking though. Trying to figure out the email problem! That was just a sample of one the messages I got.

Well my bad then..

I thought it might have been 2 questions in one. lol

It is possible the ISP is blocking the URL, though that is just an off the wall guess. I'm not really sure what the problem could be.
