Account trouble
One of the most common cause of problems of this sort is the confusion between US and EU versions. Make sure that the version you're installing, the version you've signed up for, the trial code, and your actual location match up properly.

[/ QUOTE ] Based on what I saw in their other thread, that seems to be the case. They live in the UK, and are trying to use a UK client on a US trial version.
So I borrowed the discs from my friend to install CoH and I got a free trial code for 14 days when I made my PlayNC account.
Whenever I try playing CoH, it tells me that my account name or password are incorrect, the info is right but it keeps saying its wrong.
I even made a second account with a diff name and p/w and it is doing the same thing.
What can I do to solve this?
