making a copy of Game DIR?

it will always start redownloading the files, i've had to do it 4 times now since launch

Hi guys, I was wondering if it is possible to make a copy of my game directory on another PC somehow, I purchased CoH online and dont have discs but i also want to install it on my laptop, but when i just copy the directory over and run the game it just loads the updater and starts downloading all the game files again.
sorry if this has been answered before but is there an easy way to do this?
