Constant crashes with Vista

Aloha,
I just build a new system and COH/V just crashes on it constantly, saying my gfx device has stopped working, im not sure if this is a vista problem, but i've had no problems running COH/V on my xp system befor. Besides every other game and program I have run on this rig has gone down flawlessly, so i'm a bit lost.

I've tried looking around the forum for a fix, and i've found nothing that helps. Other then the fact that people keep telling me its the current patch thats a problem...

Seems to me like turning everything on lowest setting possible has helped a bit, but that might just be phantom pains.

Hope someone with a bit more insight then me can help me, thanks in advance.
