Shift Key unable to be unbound?
Try:
/bind shift ""
/bind lshift ""
If that doesn't work, click on the reset binds button under Menu > Options > Keybinding Tab

In my experience, the /unbind command don't actually "un-bind" the key, it actually sets the key back to the client's default value.
If you are going to use shift+ in any of your binds, and plan on using the Lshift to activate them, it's not a good idea to also bind the Lshift itself. If you use Rshift for your shift+ binds instead (for example).. that may work though.
To get rid of the bind you placed on lshift, do what zombie said: Either /bind lshift "nop", or /bind lshift "".
I've tried using the /unbind command in every way I can imagine, with "shift", "lshift", etc. I've also tried using /bind shift nop, but that doesn't seem to be working either. I bound teleport to shift, but it tends to mess things up when I try to use an attack that's bound to shift+4, or shift+space. Any ideas on how to unbind this sucker?
