Need help chosing a new Mobo

My old mobo is a P5N32 SLI premium. it crapped out so I'm in the market for a new one.

I have 3 8800 GTXs but only running 2 on my dead mobo atm.

A friend of mine sent me a list of a few mobo that would work with my system but I cant decide which one to get...
