My character creation is bugged

when ever i make a new character i cant see there boots when im creating them and when i enter the game i cant see half my screen beacuse its getting blocked by the whole bottom half of the costume set up screen (yes my boots are blocking it) and i cant seem to get it down by doing anything some1 plz help me

In the updater, check to start in Safe Mode and see if you have the same problem.

Then post the results of these two programs:

This is most likely a case of an ATI graphics card trying to use Anti-aliasing along with advanced effects.
