Magic Pack and flying binds?

Anyone have any binds set up yet, that uses the change costumes powers? Also if possible could someone direct me to a bind I can set up when I fly I using one of the flypose looks.

You can't use the CC Emotes while flying, while in a combat stance, while some toggles are on, or while Shields are out. At least the not while flying is a bug, not sure on the others.
