Some where to give feedback on the Forum

There seems to be a major lack of a section to talk about forum improvements or problems. that would be something worth having as all most every other board I ever been on has such things.
Also there seems to be secotions of the Forum missing right now.

There is also a problem, even after the subforums came back, that the link normally found up at the top of every thread is now not a link, and therefore you have to either click back, or main index, to get anywhere.
