Mission with only a single spawn?
The only way to do it, AFAIK, is to fill the mission with other friendly details. Each detail you add removes a normal spawn from the map. So if the map has 15 available boss spawns, and you use 15 boss spawns, that's 15 fewer normal spawns on your map.
The reason the Space Marines mission was able to only have one EB on the first mission was because there were so many patrols and single allies. Not because the patrols were killing the normal spawns, but because they replaced them. In fact, I think they used all the spawn points on the map, since the EB was clearly a boss detail and not a normal spawn.

so either way, flood the thing with everything I can? okay I think I had that worked out the first time I was still getting a couple enemies but I didn't input the ally spawns yet so that must have been why. Thank you.
Depends on the map, but I did so in my arc.
I had the industrial map (one where you fight Siege) and as you enter the map it's empty. There are just couple of guys there with a case full of money, however as you destroy the case the whole place is spawned full of these custom swat guys.
So yeah some maps let you place the map full of patrols. Each patrol takes away a mob spawn. So my map had 48 patrols (it is rather hectic fight) spawned after you destroy the item, it could also be a glowie.
However I have noticed that not all of the maps support this.
Edit:
I should learn to read.
Hi I'm trying to do something simillar to what was done on the first mission of the Adventures of the Space Marine's arc (sorry don't have the arc id on hand). That is, I'm trying to have only one enemy to fight for the in that mission, this AV I also want to be spawned by by a glowie click. (The main objective of the mission is to find the right glowies which will free the captives then, then you are betrayed and attacked once one key captive is freed)...
I'm not sure if the Space Marine arc really only had one enemy or it's patrols just take everything out so fast you don't see it except the EB.
Can someone clarify if it is possible to have an (almost) enemy-less mission, or is my best bet to flood the mission with high level friendly patrols?
