Power appearence's selection for custom critters
News for Spines. I did another experiment with Thorn Assault and find that, if you configure the set to use its peculiar power, the critter will use villain version.
Probably it's the same thing for the other powerset (maybe using Energy Assault for Energy Blast and so on).
The Natural Earth Saga: discover a new world and defende it from its many enemies!
"The Natural Earth" (Part 1, ID 69759), "The Homecoming" (Part 2, ID 125110), "The Cult of Kren'Goras" (Part 3, ID 435191), "The Mind Thieves" (Part 4, ID 522497)
Each arc can be played separately
Corruptor Energy Blast is blue, while the dom Energy Assault is red. I don't know why the change was never made for corrs.
I'm only ladylike when compared to my sister.

[/ QUOTE ]That's because Thorny Assault is not Spines, and Energy Assault is not Energy Blast.
MA doesn't not had Domintors, Blaster, Tanker, etc. powersets. There are Mission Maker Attacks power sets, and there are Mission Maker Secondary powersets. When the game lists Earth Control as a Dominator power and as a Controller power, they're both actually Mission Maker Attacks.Earth Control

As you know, some powersets (namely Energy Blast, Spines and Electrical Blast - and maybe some others i don't remember) have a different appearence between heroes and villains (example, Energy Blast for heroes is blue, for villains red).
There's a way to choose how the appearence for power used by custom critters?
I made some experiments and they gave me conflicting results: ranged powers, indipendently from the original AT of the set, always appear in hero version (but I saw several critters that use villain version) while melee powers appear as hero when used by an ally and as villain when used by a foe (again, I saw some critters who don't follow this rule).
