yes, if an arc is dev choice it is no longer yours as such and opens up that slot. You can only have 1 dev choice arc.

Not so, you can have more than one Dev's Choice arc, according
to Moderater 8. Unless something has changed since he posted
the clarification on how one gets chosen.

Thanks for the link. With AE forums so split up and there being SO many sticky threads, I've been wondering how to get the devs attention on an arc. That's a SERIOUSLY tall order with 90,000 arcs now. I don't think there's a single one over the 10,000's.
