Rescue Ally Triggering without defeating spawn

In the broken mission, is he surrounded by mobs or alone?

Shouldn't have, Energy Melee & Willpower, set pretty low, I think. RttC? Thanks for the idea, I will tinker with that.

He should be (and *was*) surrounded by a spawn, but I'm not actually sure because the event of his freeing happens on a different floor.
The mobs are a custom group composed of a few varieties of Crey.
have u checked to see if u accidently bumped his "surrounding enemy" spawn level. If it now says "single", he will spawn by himself freed. If it says easy, medium, or hard, it might be a bug. Unless u have ally patrol somewhere around there.
On a side note, there was a bug where enemies were being defeated in the normal CoX game, which i noticed doing the ouro intro arc, so it may be universal and some weird inherent bug at worst.
