[/ QUOTE ] On the same page that shows your account creation date, there is also a Veteran Reward detail section toward the bottom. That should tell you the date you are due to get the badge and rewards that go along with it. You shouldn't have to "recall" on your own.
If that date is not 3 months after your most previous one, or there is something else strange about it, send a ticket to support. It seems other people have recently had issues as well.

Log in to your PlayNC account, and select your COH account.
At the very bottom, you should see vet rewards time. This is how it looks on my other account. (Just the end.)

So it doesn't get its 30 month until July 16. (And it seems to take it down to the minute.)
