I was on that team of 8. Both the defeat and the mission complete ticket numbers were low. We dropped one large mission because the number of goals were too high and the ticket rewards were so bad.

It did; IIRC this was apparently caught in Closed Beta, with a patch early in Open Beta that mentioned it. The alarming thing is that their QA / bugfix process didn't generalize "This mob that merges with itself to create Ubermob kills the player if they're an ally, perhaps we should check all mobs that merge to an Ubermob".

I did 7 missions last night with a team of 6-8 (people kept dropping) on a character who got her "you recieved your first architect ticket!" popup. After the 7 missions I had only earned about 300 tickets. I can normally earn that many tickets solo in just one mission.

Please make sure to /bug the ticket issue, and/or PM Synapse. He seems to be the rewards guru. He's also usually extremely quick to answer PMs. Just make sure to share (with his permission of course) what he says so he doesn't get inundated with PMs asking the same stuff.

I can confirm that ticket distribution on teams is still borked.
Running a farm map solo I can get about 6000 tickets solo after the mission completion bonus. Duo'd it with a 2nd comp today and we both got about 1500 tickets each, for a total of 3000 total.

I just spent an evening on a team of 8. We ran three or four short MA missions. No one had more than 75 tickets total by the end.
