Team-ticket conspiracy theory
Tickets replace drops.
In the traditional game, if, after killing a boss, a drop was rolled (e.g., a rare recipe), then it would go to one player on the team. You don't multiply drops or split them. Only one player would get that rare recipe drop from that boss. But that's OK, since, as a group, you should be killing lots of bosses handily.
In an MA Arc, the same thing happens. A boss is killed, a drop is rolled, and if that drop is a rare recipe, it goes to one person randomly chosen... but that person gets 5 Tickets instead or the rare recipe.

This gives some experimental data on how tickets scale with teas. Bottom line is adding additional players adds less than the initial players, and the more players on the map the worse it gets
I would also like to add....
Mobs(custom critters) don't drop the same amount of tickets each time they are killed. Played a mission with 13 bosses(same type) in it, and the ticket drops ranged from 20-40.
Ran the same above mission twice..... and the end of mission bonus was different. 332 on the first run, and 444 on the second. Killed everything on the map the first time, second time just mostly the bosses.

The number of tickets awarded scales with opponent difficulty, like XP, rather than being flat like regular PvE drops. That can have a dramatic effect on overall ticket rates.

After playing a large team I have experienced what others have of super low ticket rewards. Anyways, the theory I developed is that perhaps the system is dividing up the tickets, but then instead of giving them to each team member it is granting the divided up value to a single player.
I developed this theory because after a boss, one person on a team would get 5 tickets from a boss, but then the rest of us would get nothing for that kill.
Any thoughts on this? Has it been suggested already?
