Multiple ambushes during an escort?

I can't figure out how to do this or if its even possible at all. But I'd like to have alot of ambushes occur during an escort on my 3rd mission.

Dashie (I think thats his name) comes to mind in croatoa. When you rescue him from the red caps, tons of ambushes keep happening until you get him back to the mission entrance.

If this is something that is not currently doable... I'd like to request its implementation.

Not possible. Only one ambush can be tied to the rescue goal.

One thing you could do is put a boss in the Middle, which when defeated, spawns OTHER bosses or such in the Front. Then you'd have some extra resistance when you're jogging your way out after doing a rescue in the Back.

The only thing I'd add to that is to make sure to test the map's spawnpoints. Some maps are very iffy on drawing their border between front/middle/back.

I think it's possible to spawn up to the maximum number of ambushes from the same event, but it's a hack, and would probably break immersion.

The trick is this: Spawn multiple independent ally objectives with their guard size set to "single". Then trigger the ambushes off the completion of the ally objectives. The ambushes should all trigger immediately since the ally objectives auto-complete.

Caveat: I haven't actually tried this.

They were scared down in their holes
The forest that once was green
Was colored black by those killing machines

I would like to see a way to set an ambush based on moving into a specific point on the map or on a timer (like, 3 mins into the mission, etc).

Another thing to remember is that when you create a boss they allow multiple triggers for events based on their health. So you could trigger other events when they're engaged, at 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, and 0 health.
